The company
Our client is a firm of solicitors in Winchester, Hampshire and they are looking to appoint a full time Commercial Lawyer.
The candidate will support the Partner of the Property Department to provide outstanding legal services to our clients on all aspects of commercial work including property transactions, development and plot sales, options and company commercial work, including sales, purchases and M&A's.
The candidate will expand our client base and area of expertise by providing specialist advice in these areas. There are future partnership prospects for the right candidate.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
Previous experience working for a Solicitors firm
Fluent in English
Excellent attention to detail
Able to work under pressure
Positive attitude
Additional Res are an Employment Business and an Employment Agency as defined within The Conduct of Employment Agencies & Employment Businesses Regulations 2003.
Salary - £32 000 to £50 000 (dependant on experience)
